Boysen uses strategic foresight to help prepare clients for a future that will shape and be shaped by our youngest generation. She is the founder of After the Millennials, a consulting service dedicated to building knowledge around next generation issues and important future trends.
A new generational zeitgeist emerges when younger groups interact with changes in their communities and cultures. Using generational foresight we can identify some of these “pivot point”’ and forecast changes even before they happen, she adds.
