This is a frequent occurrence in high-humidity locations across the Southern U.S., with almost every business, homeowner, and apartment renter having experienced this problem based on our market surveys (~80%). Worse, the cost of fixing the problem is high, but the cost to repair the damage can be much higher (especially if the overflow causes mold or a collapsed ceiling).
