Founder & Lead Strategist, The Pearson Strategy Group, LLC
Andrew Eisenberg is a Partner and Intellectual Property attorney at the Austin office of Michael Best & Friedrich LLP. Andrew and I both mentor small business owners for the Business Success Center’s First Looks Forum and I have enjoyed getting to know and learning from him. He is a terrific person who fits in well with many groups, especially startups. He is an inventor with three patents and has worked at a startup himself.
Jim Johnson is an Intellectual Property attorney at Resolution Legal Group. Jim has taught me a lot about relating to clients’ needs and how to work with them to stimulate new ideas, especially what I like to call the “Jim Johnson Round Table” meetings. Jim’s broad expertise and dedication to providing great information make him a great resource in many areas.
Andy Rapacke is a Managing Partner at the Orlando/Fort Lauderdale offices of The Rapacke Law Group, P.A., a full service fixed-fee intellectual property law firm. He works with a fascinating variety of industries and ideas, from medical devices to toys to aerospace and defense. Plus, plenty of areas in between.
Andrew represents several startup companies including Shark Tank participants, and is passionate about helping his clients with protection, prosecution, licensing and enforcement of Intellectual Property rights. A former Navy Lieutenant, Andrew volunteers with several veteran non-profits, a pro-bono patent program and helps young men and women interested in attending the United States Naval Academy.
Bob Villhard is an Intellectual Property attorney and owner of Villhard Patents here in Austin, Tex. I always enjoy working with Bob because we share the same goals for our clients: honest, informative input that is as long-range as possible at a reasonable cost.
